Jetking Infotrain approves $1.33M equity raise to expand BTC strategy
Indian IT firm Jetking Infotrain has approved a preferential equity issue of 115 million rupees ($1.33 million) to support its Bitcoin (BTC) strategy, according to Siddarth Bharwani, the company’s CFO, on X. The company adopted a BTC-focused financial approach in December 2024 to diversify its holdings and hedge against inflation.

Sweden’s H100 raises $1.5M to acquire more Bitcoin
Swedish health tech company H100 has raised 14.1 million Swedish kronor ($1.5 million) to acquire additional Bitcoin (BTC), according to NLNico on X. The company currently holds 370 BTC.

The Blockchain Group adds 22 BTC
French blockchain firm The Blockchain Group (ALTBG) announced on X that it purchased 22 Bitcoin (BTC) for around €2.2 million (around $2.56M), increasing its total holdings to 1,955 BTC. The company also reported a year-to-date (YTD) BTC yield of 1,373.2%.

KONA I, a South Korean fintech firm, will conduct the country's first stablecoin issuance demonstration on July 31 using its in-house blockchain platform, according to Newsis. The company has already filed a related trademark and plans to begin full-scale commercialization in the fourth quarter after verifying the system through the demo.

Consensys and Linea to launch Etherex DEX on July 28
Linea, a zkEVM-based Ethereum layer-2 network, Consensys, an Ethereum infrastructure firm, and Nile, a decentralized exchange (DEX) built on Linea, will officially launch a new DEX called Etherex on July 28, according to Etherex on X. Etherex’s native token REX will be distributed as liquid rewards to liquidity providers. These tokens can be converted into xREX, allowing users to vote on emission allocations for their preferred liquidity pools.

Crypto exchange Bullish files for U.S. IPO
Bullish, the cryptocurrency exchange backed by PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel, filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 18, according to a filing cited by CNBC. The company plans to list under the ticker symbol “BLSH.” Last month, reports indicated that Bullish had submitted a confidential filing in preparation for the move.
