BSTR completes final merger agreement with Cantor Equity Partners
BSTR Holdings has finalized a merger agreement with Cantor Equity Partners I (CEPO) and will launch with 30,021 Bitcoin (BTC), making it the fourth-largest public Bitcoin treasury.
